I have over 8 years experience practicing as a qualified Reflexologist, from my boutique style, therapeutic haven in my home.

I used to work in a high pressure, sales role at a corporate company. I was a single, widowed mum, so when I was offered redundancy I decided to take the opportunity to re-train in Reflexology and follow my dream. 

 

I have always been passionate about Reflexology, with my first experience around twenty years ago during the pregnancy of my daughter, Frankie.

The experience influenced me to study at the well respected Jackie Hamilton School of Reflexology in Norwich, gaining a Level 3 Diploma through ITEC and I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists. Since then I have also qualified in Aromaflex which incorporates Aromatherapy and Reflexology. I use this medium to make my treatment more luxurious and specifically hand pick aromatherapy oils to suit the individuals needs.

I have also qualified to practise in Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candling at The Norwich School of Hair & Beauty.

I am here to assist you with  helping balance all the systems of the body to recalibrate, revitalise and reset.
